A bit of dark humour this time. I’ve been inspired by the wicked and offbeat content at A Softer World.

The subject of the comic laughed (and not that nervous, uncomfortable laugh…you know the one I mean) when I put it forth, so I think it’s okay to post:

I just finished the Shadowlords series of modules, and heartily recommend it to those looking for a good NWN adventure. I’ll take my Monk3/Wizard4 (soon to be a Pale Master) character into the next series, Dreamcatcher.

The Blackguard series I referred to in an earlier post started out well, but the second module was incredibly hard! I found out how to turn on the cheats to enable god mode, but I don’t like cheating (I’m Lawful Good — me, not my character). I also tried the Twilight module, where you have to play a Paladin, but likewise found it too hard to finish without cheating.

Well, Mellissa’s pregnant again. Looks to be due in early March.
I definitely handled the news better than the first time, having been through it all before. However, I just had to tell her how we had to talk about expenses, as our bank account was in the red, just before she told me. I just have the worst timing sometimes.

Most of the gender-prediction websites she’s gone to, as well as some of her “sensitive” friends, have indicated that this one with be a girl. I think that would be fine — 2 boys seems a bit much.

And then shortly thereafter…THE SNIP!

Today I received over 400 e-mails. Of those, 2 were valid. TWO!
I’ve trained my bayesian filter for almost a year now and it’s over 99% accurate, so I’m activating the auto-delete. Spammers can suck it.
