Let’s see…
Emily has been sleeping through the night, mostly. Good for mommy’s mental health, I daresay.
Zombie Jesus Day (otherwise known as Easter) was okay. Family came over for dinner. Geoffrey had his first Easter egg hunt, and enjoyed it, or at least the chocolate.
Just finished my way-too-irregular half-hour of exercise playing StepMania. I’m getting pretty good!
Mmm, chocolate…(damn, probably just ruined that exercise I did…)
My D&D campaign is going pretty well, despite a month-long hiatus. The PCs have been given some divine guidance, and now they’re paranoid as hell. They’ve been told “stick to the path” and “don’t touch anything you don’t have to”, and now they’re reading meaning into practically everything they come across, and second-guessing every move they make. Buaahahahaha!!
And on Friday, Sin City!

I’m home now — I was going to stay the night at the hospital, but like last time the air conditioning did a number on my sinuses and forced me home.

Today I spent 2 hours trying to fix an upgrade problem, only to figure out it wasn’t anything to do with our program, but with the credit card program we interface with, which worked fine just by itself. However, when we tried to interface with it, it gave an error.
Two hours! I finally tracked it down to one configuration file that must have gotten corrupted when they made a change required for the update. Solving this problem was like one of those stupid puzzles with the empty spot that you move around until you finally see the picture. My co-workers must have thought I was going to go postal, with all the swearing under my breath!

For you trekkers out there, please vote in the TV Guide Star Trek poll…
…and vote Alexander as the most annoying character, not Wesley.
I mean, think about it: Wesley started out really annoying but the character actually got more interesting the longer he was on the show. Alexander just kept whining about his mother and how he’d never be a good Klingon. Vote! Make it so!
