It's an excellent replica, and is also a pen with both an invisible ink pen (and a UV light on the other end to show the ink) and a regular black tipped pen. Odd ATI problem I haven't had that, but try finding the <a href="http://www2.ati.com/drivers/cat-uninstaller.exe" rel="nofollow">ATI driver removal tool</a> and delete c:\ATI and reboot.
